Cape had a "flowthrough" with Executive Fliteways on Long Island. What a debacle that turned out to be. I think a lawsuit came of it, IIRC.
Not bashing 9k...again, KILLER job...just calling a spade a spade.
All interviews have already been scheduled as a result of the open house session held May 10-12th.
Just to set the record straight, Executive Fliteways did interview several Cape Air pilots and made offers to most but none took the position because of the requirement to live on Long Island. The lawsuit that you mention had to do with a Cape Air pilot who accepted a position but was not able to go to training because he did not pass the security background check. Apparently he was on some sort of government watch list and was not able to train on aircraft over 12,500 lbs. The lawsuit had to do with the Department of Homeland Security not Executive Fliteways.
