Well, let's see. You say Horizon only attracts the young and hungry (not true, but we'll play by your rules).
So, out of college, age 22, flight instructor for 2 years, hired by Horizon with maybe 1500 hrs at age 24. Six years to upgrade. Age 30. 1.2 years to get 1000 PIC turbine Part 121. Age 31.2 Salary around $65K. 1.5 yrs to get on with a major. Hired by a major at 32.7 yrs of age. Doesn't sound like a death sentence to me. Oh, and I erred on to your pessimistic favor at nearly every point.
Just out of curiosity, what work rules were you under when you were at Horizon? I think it was the FCPH and NOT THE CURRENT CONTRACT, WHICH MAKES YOU COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE ABOUT OUR CURRENT WORK CONDITIONS.
Sweat shop. You've never even had dirty fingernails, have you, "SkyHigh"?
If you'd like to dispute my facts or statements, I would love to hear it.
