That is true but what about Section 23 B 1 for recall:

"When a pilot is recalled, his longevity date will be adjusted forward by the amount of time spent on furlough."

I thought the "pay in Lieu" part was in the case that you were furloughed and you happened to hit your hire dated during the "pay in lieu" period, you will still get your pay raise during that period. But in Section 23 B 1, it states that when we come back, longevity will be adjusted forward.
