Makes sense. Forgot to account for the 22 CRJ's coming on board. Add that manning demand, and the guys going to AA, and there's a need for 400 +/- (?).
When I interviewed they said they will probably have to hire 400-500 pilots because of the new CRJs, the flows, and the expected rest rule changes.
That's what they told me, I have no idea if that is actually true or not.
