new hires are going to SJU but they are all in training as we speak and i believe they have the opportunity to bid for the OFE vacancies. i talked to a SJU FO last week...he was on the bus going to the hotel in dallas. he was flown up to cover some dfw atr flying. he told me that the reserves are run out almost every day.

from what i've also heard we are cutting 10 flights a day out of SJU in the future.

trans states used to use 10 of our EMB 145s and did American Connection flying out of STL/ORD. we got those back from them last year. they still do some flying for us out of ORD. all of our 135s are flying mainly up in the northeast. at one point i think we have about 29. they are constantly weight restricted and leaving with empty seats.
