Cape Air is looking more and more attractive to me these days, especially being able to live in the Caribbean as I love it down there..but I have a question. Please forgive me as I know little about the company..but are there plans to expand the turbine side of the company, maybe upgrade to more ATR's, Dash's etc? 402's are the bread and butter.... Especially now that they're getting more and more EAS routes. Many of the pilots at Cape went there as a stepping stone but have decided to make it a career! Apparently, the "higher ups" know how to treat their pilots!
I've applied there many, many times and only received one email back saying they weren't hiring at the time.
