We do some sales at my job and we just had someone look into a 421 and he ended up going with PC-12 because it was more economical.
IMHO, PC12 or C208 would be perfect for EAS runs. You can still use single pilot or dual pilot and Jet A is much cheaper than 100LL... The PT6 alone makes it either well worth the investment.
