I agree. I'd also be surprised if the company (evektor) wants to redesign their plane around an engine still in development. I think Cape Air just needs to accept the PT-6. It's a great, reliable engine and I'm sure 9K can get FAA approval for extensions on TBO with a progressive maintenance program which they've done with the TSIO-520.
