Sounds like DL isn't committing Skywest to a certain amount of consistent flying here. Kinda like how the XJ 900 SLC flying is all over the place from month to month. I know it is a long shot from the topic of this thread, but is this what your management telling you about Delta and your quality of life?
And you are buying it?
Or are you in the management?
You guys need to realize that you fly for crap and have to fly a lot. You feel that you are understaffed when you fly 95 hours, not 75. And who doesn't want it to change? Delta doesn't care.
