It was 100% accurate for all classes on all 6 flights. However, there is no way of telling how many non-revs are listed.
I, too, have found UAL.com to be accurate for this. I've compared what I saw on the website to actual loads checked by a friend of mine and they are very close. As you said, the only thing you need after UAL.com is to get a non-rev list.
