Not too sure what's going on in recruiting. We seemed to have gone from being overstaffed to needing more pilots all of a sudden...the training schedule kinda filled up with a few new hire Captains, upgrades and interns. There seems to always be a pool however in case we do need pilots so keep following up with recruiting to find out what the updates are. I think we are going to be needing some more FOs soon though, the new CAs will need them for high mins and also to replace the guys upgrading so you never know.
