I used to work at Horizon and I got the call for upgrade in 5 1/2 years back in May this year. The next upgrade class in the Dash 8 has people averaging 6 years seniority in it. I wouldn't expect a whole lot of change to that in the near future, it's a career company for a lot of people. Having said that, I enjoyed working there.
