Hey NokoolAid.....thanks for the response to Map leader. Your response was on the money. You are exactly right about the management hiring here at UPS. We always prefer to hiring from within. Good luck on your contract negotiations. The pilots at UPS and Fredex deserve to be compensated on the merits of their contributions to the company profits and not on the rest of the industry!!
