The interview was broken into two segments, the fixed base sim and the HR
interview with one management pilot and one HR person.

I drew the 767 for my sim ride. Basically, the management pilot wants to see
if you can receive a clearance and fly it. Turn left heading 230, descent
and maintain 8000 ' and slow to 230 knots. , etc etc. no surprises, no need
to even call for checklists, all is done. Bascially you are being evaluated
on basic flying skills. Can you climb, descend and fly straight and level
and control the airplane. the last piece of the sim eval was the ILS to 17R
SDF and I landed out of it. Others have had to execute the missed approach,
I didnt and not sure what they means.

A takeoff, followed by a turn, intercept the 250 radial off IIU and level at
5000, which all happens at once. Followed by steep turns, and basic
instrument turns and climbs.

The HR part is straight forward. All the questions are about who you are and
would you fit in at UPS.

All in all, very low stress and being yourself is the best advice. The
interviewers have done this long enough that they can smell a rat a mile
away.
