Dashgirl,

If you go to Compass, you will get the ATP, plus a PIC type rating in the ERJ170/190. That is worth quite a bit, even if you are still a Regional FO. With the flow throughs, upgrade is likely in 2 to 3 years, assuming that the current trends continue. If you don't have enough PIC for the ATP, go rent a 150 to get it so you can qualify for the ATP with Compass.
