For a while it was being spread that DTW residents who are commuter based could get a DTW parking pass, and CVG residents who are DTW based could get a CVG parking pass. But it turns out thats not what will be happening.
What I meant was that everyone that commutes to
DTW should get a parking pass in DTW so that they are paying for everyone's parking pass anyway. That might inspire them to pay for parking passes at other places because some might be cheaper.
