Is management really that stupid to dismantle something they paid 2 billion for? Anything is possible and I don't think it would surprise anybody but its crazy.
Your argument is quite logical. However, the people who are now making the decisions at Delta are not. Richard (DICK) Anderson has a very strong dislike for Comair. Would he dismantle an asset like Comair to prove a point? You bet. I wish all the best for Comair, but honestly, this is starting to look troublesome. What is he planning to do with the only whoollly owned Delta has? Why were they unable to sell it to Pinnacle? Guess we will find out soon enough, same DICK A. time, same DICK A. channel!
