What was confusing, is that you said you were hired in 2005? "Next year" to me is 2007. 2007-2005=two years.
Also, even if there were 10 reitrements per month, it would take 10 months to move up 100 numbers. Not the 3 or so it seemed to be.

Was I hired in January 2005 or December 2005? See the difference? Guess when I was hired? I've been at CAL just under two years. I don't need to get too specific here.
