One thing I didn't understand is how she just throws out the value of the 50-seat jets when figuring the $30 million price tag for Comair. Effectively, she says the 50 seaters are worth nothing... only the 70+ seaters have value. The CEO of Pinnacle said in his Q&A on the Mesaba purchase that he is looking to capitalize on the over 500 50 seat leases that expire in the next 5 years.

And of course, the ground handling services thing...?
