The irony is many believe they are out to eliminate us, yet we want to do the same to them. What does this solve? Violence begets more violence.
As for killing all non believers ill quote the Quran itself.

"Those who believe, and the Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabieen, whoever believes in God and the last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve." Quran 2:62

A religion of hate does not accepts all 3 major religions. In the end all religions are essentially about ''doing good''. Islam is no different. No, I am not a follower. Religion is not something I can associate myself with so easily, it takes a lot of time to accept a faith. I am a believer in studying, and have studied all major religions and continue to expand my knowledge so I am not Ignorant to the world.
