What about the discussion that an ASAP is only valid if there is agreement between the CO., work group, & the FAA. Does the IPA's ASAP program cover these non-union p-lots?
Yes they are covered as the agreement is between the IPA, FAA, and UPS. (the manglers falling under UPS)
