Does an RJ (CRJ 200/700/900) meet the requirements of a complex aircraft? The definition in the FAR's says:

• A retractable landing gear (land aircraft only; a seaplane is not required to have this)
• A controllable pitch propeller (which includes constant speed propellers)
• Movable or adjustable flaps.

I don't think per the definition that it does, but if I'm wrong, please enlighten me.
