After a battery of test's (personality and Syc, weed out the crazy ones, the ones with too many girl friends.....) And If you are an American (USA) Pilot, that number drops even more. Keep your chin up, the Europeans are leaving in numbers at the end of their contracts, and as the EU companies spool up. They will soon figure it out....by that time they will make alot of changes, including commuting schedules, and no one will show up for an interview.... GOOD LUCK
