Marijuana is legal in many states (it is still federally illegal to possess it), but employers can fire you for having it in your system even if it is legal.
I have absolutely no problem with that... and i still wouldn't smoke it even if it is legalized... It's still a good thing for the US as a whole... even if because of our profession we aren't allowed to take it...
