Are you referring to the MOU for the hiring of XJ guys? If so here are the highlights since I don't have the actual MOU on me at the moment...

The XJ furloughs will be offered the positions in their current seniority order. Meaning their most senior furloughed pilot has first right of refusal.
The XJ furloughs will come to pinnacle as new hires in terms of seniority, it is as if they are new hires “off the street” and will be the most junior pilots on the list.
The XJ furloughs will bring their XJ longevity for time served. This is not simply their DOH; this is their time as active pilots prior to furlough date.
The longevity will be used for pay and benefit purposes and will be executed on the 9E pay and benefits scales.
The pilots will keep their spot on the XJ seniority list and when any type of integration of seniority is agreed upon these pilots will use their seniority from the MESABA list, not their new position on the Pinnacle list.
