The XJ furloughs will come to pinnacle as new hires in terms of seniority, it is as if they are new hires “off the street” and will be the most junior pilots on the list.

The XJ furloughs will bring their XJ longevity for time served. This is not simply their DOH; this is their time as active pilots prior to furlough date.
But my question is, since they are getting rid of the Saabs starting next year, if it happens to be the case, how will the transfer of pilots to 9E get sorted out, say a guy who has 3 years at XJ and is still active on the XJ list as of right now goes to 9E, does he or she get seniority at 9E in front of those who are furloughed from XJ and are taking the recall to 9E? Supposedly they can't furlough at XJ in the next 11 months (12 months since date of purchase so it may not even be a legit question)

That is the question I propsed to the MEC about a week ago and I was told the MOU was still getting worked out, maybe there is another updated MOU on the way...
