Supposedly they can't furlough at XJ in the next 11 months (12 months since date of purchase so it may not even be a legit question)
That is the question I propsed to the MEC about a week ago and I was told the MOU was still getting worked out, maybe there is another updated MOU on the way...
The way I see it, when it comes time to plug everyone in the SLI matrix, it won't matter if a Mesaba guy is still flying at XJ or 9E - they will be plugged in using their XJ seniority. The guys who are currently coming over at the bottom of 9E seniority will probably jump up a wee bit if a percentage-based SLI is implemented, since right now they are in effect being stapled. Even if the most senior furloughee bypassed, once an SLI came out he could still come to 9E ahead of those who chose to jump on now.
