I can spend hours giving "my take" on things but I will say this before any more shots across the bow occur.

SLI will be done at some point in the future. SLI is something that will factor in all 3 pilot groups. Before such an event contracts must be in place that pilots will work under.. Before any conclusions pop up here- Pinnacle (9E) is working to get a deal done. Once that's done, we can discuss the rest. Until that is done, don't expect to see much change because an SLI is needed before you can do any transfers. Without an SLI there is no way to figure out which pilots go with which planes as XJ gets split up. Just my $.02
