Due to a severe QOL change, I can't do the P90X 100% anymore. But as a staple for leg/cardio, I do the plyo every week. For additional cardio I also do the Kenpo, combined with just light resistance weight training to maintain what I had at the end of the 90 days.
Yeah, I hate it...sort of. I'd rather do Plyo than Yoga!!! But I think I hate it because it makes me sweat...and I
feel like I've really worked out after the plyo session. It's a good time.
