It is a matter of perspective really because according to your numbers 12 captains senior to you are leaving every year and if the numbers that my friends that work there are correct (feel free to post your opinion on the subject please) about a third are due to retirement, the rest are resignations and it being subjective in nature I consider that to be quite a bit of attrition, after all with all the A/C orders and a company in hiring mode that sells itself as the gold standard there shouldn't be any attrition, specially during hard economic times. But thank you for giving me your perspective on the matter
