Yeah I've heard you should get one so you know you'll pass it when you need it and it's easier to get a wavier if you have one already. The EKG doesn't kick in till 35 so you won't know what they'll find, most of the rest is medical history and blood pressure so you could just get a Third or Second as needed and ask if you would pass a First.
