It reverted a long time ago (I've had my medical for almost 5 years) ... it will expire soon.

P.S. I'm sorry for the confusion, the way I was taught ... a first class medical will always be a first class medical even after it stops being valid for Airline Transport (that's why I wrote 1st class)
