It was just a one time payment of $240 and no, you won't be getting your money back. What most people don't realize is most carriers have merger assessments, but most of them are ongoing and get deducted from your paycheck every month. Mesa is one example that I know of and have been told they have over a million in the bank for that. Our guys just asked for a one time payment for a total of around $340,000.
