Actually, they are loyal to one airline... THEMSELVES! Which, in my opinion, is about the best example of management aligning its goals with those of the pilot group. A plan of diversity is very smart, in that it reduces the likelihood of a massive reduction in business at one time. Ask ACA guys and Air Whiskey guys of 2002 why diversity is a good thing (I was an ACA guy then). Putting all your eggs in one basket is risky. RAH offers a product that apparently appeals to more than one codeshare. Good for them. RAH continues to profit, enabling growth into the ignored-by-the-majors-and-now-they-are-sorry 70 to 90 seat market. Continuing profit has so far meant continually improving wages at each contract. Good for all of us.
Call RAH a wh*re, but RAH is not the cheapest fling on the street.
