There are also a number of operational differences that need to removed prior to any decision. It may happen in the future, but it is more than likely distant.
The NMB is concerned about collective bargaining and unions and membership not so much marketing. RAH has one seniority list so there is one collective group for mediation purposes. The livery is irrelevant as well for the same reasons. The operational differences are being lined-up as each day goes by I'm told. One VP for each department, One HR, etc. The operating certificates will be separate but NMB wouldn't be concerned there. I will see if I can find the link to the F/A arbitration results.
