the FA union and the pilot union at RAH are two very different organazations that are totally unrelated to each other. Saying that it is the same union is like saying the Mesa MEC and Delta ALPA are the same union.

additionally, if you read the results of the F/A NMB filing you will see that many of the details identified to NOT make a single carrier no longer aplly at RAH. More consolidation of people and positions have occured making things more "singular" if you will. a single carrier filing now would more probably be approved...

Additionally, with airplanes painted in different colors, UAL, DAL, USA, AA, F9, the NMB would have to contradict previous decisions to grant RAH single carrier.
There are also a number of operational differences that need to removed prior to any decision. It may happen in the future, but it is more than likely distant.

Until Chq, shuttle and republic starts to sell there own tickets, you are going to have a hard time establishing single carrier.

There are numerous decisions by the nmb that include marketing and livery as a component of the nmb's decision.
There is a two part test conducted by the NMB. Hensens declaration to the nmb during the last petition only cited MWA(republic airlines), because that is the only carrier out of all the rah carriers that passes the first part of the test.
Anything can and probably will happen. If it was just republic and frontier it would be a done deal. I don't see how you can include the fixed fee operators that are not marketed and do not sell tickets. We will see soon enough, prob by the end of the year.
