This statement alone shows that you have no idea what you're talking about. Mesa was granted an extension on filing their POR until Oct. 21'st with the possibility of it being extended to Dec. 1'st. Until these dates
nothing around Mesa is going to change as Mesa itself has the exclusive rights to the reorganization and operation of the company. So, care to shed some light on this legally impossible September date you speak of?
