That's no guarantee...they got the extension pending a new contract with US. If DP announces mesa's termination and a new contract with SKW tomorrow, the creditors would scream and petition the court to stop letting mag pee away THEIR money. The injunction would be lifted at that point and mag would have to show a viable POR or liquidate. BK is not carte-blanche to blow off your creditors forever, even though OJ has predictably milked it for a long while.
