I think Huck is refering to our MECs position to support the ALPA position of changing the "regulated" age to 65 --- back in 2007, when the change was clearly inevitable (

) --- he is not implying there is any new resolution being proposed secretly.

But, let's not forget that "regulated age" IS NOT synonomous with "retirement age" --- those are separate and different terms.
The "regulated age" changed in Dec 2007 and our "retirement age" did not.
Many FEDEX pilots have retired before Age 65, without penalty, since the federal law was changed in Dec 2007.
This won't/can't change unless we agree to change it, which the Union already knows, and has communicated by NC messages --- any change in the retirement age is waaaaaaay off the table.
