Especially if delta finances the deal like they did with mesaba and compass.
They gave TSH and Pinnacle 12% interest loans and the companies had to front $0 for the purchase. What a scam!
The judge might go for it if it secures mesa flying for 10 years or something like that which was the terms of the mesaba and compass flying.
With all the said I cant see any of it happening.
