Over 20 years to be a CR2 reserve captain... over 11 just to be still employed.... I don't even know what to say. That puts every pilot on the list at max pay. How will that help bring costs in line? If they were smart they would put a buyout package together that isn't just an insult to the senior guys but actually gets them to leave.
