Here's the trick with the WSJ: They don't let you read the whole story unless you are a subscriber, so what you do is copy the headline and paste it into a Google™ search, and then click on the result that looks right. In this case it is:
Delta Air Lines to Shrink Regional Unit Comair - WSJ.com
Note - this link won't work either, you'll have to do the cutting & pasting yosef.
Sometimes they run two stories with the same headline on different days. Make sure you get the one that is most recent.
As a side note, the WSJ is a terrific paper. I subscribe to both the at-home print addition and also the online addition.
