So, how many times did Bendo state we were 20% higher than competitors in his memo/q&a ? You're right, the lowest paid people leaving property doesn't get them that 20% labor unit efficiency...and shrinking-to-profitability will only get them a lower
total overhead, but a larger unit cost percentage.
Delta is in a win-win situation with us. If they get us to concede $ to save some jobs, all the better. If not, they'll bust us up and sell the valuable parts.
