If everything is all set and done and we have 44 airplanes = ~450 pilots. Your most junior FO will be a 1999 hire. Talk about an expensive pilot group.
We are already at top end pay on the 70/90's for the most part... so why are you concerned about it 3 years from now. That isn't going to change.
