Please don't take offense to this....but you sound like you're a little bit lost, and could use some help.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and call Adam Hughes in CVG (that's Cincy) @ 513-604-3906. He will do a fantastic job prepping you for your upcoming UPS interview. He'll run you through the UPS simulator profile in an A-300, 727, or DC-8...along with honing your interviewing skills in an HR/Capt type scenario specific to UPS. It will be the best money you ever spent, trust me.

Don't go into the UPS interview cold having only read Cheryl Cage's "Checklist." While it's a good book, it's not enough, and it's not UPS specific. Don't blow this golden opportunity that has been placed in your lap.
