3. Fedex's hiring way of doing business sucks! Getting a job with them should not be like applying to a flying club! Maybe thats why there CP is ****ed and puts out letters to be more professional, maybe that also explains why they have more than their share of accidents! Right now they can pick and choose but soon they won't have that luxury. As the Airline industry makes a come back from the brink the process they have in place will go away.
