No idea. The MEC's are analyzing it as we speak.

CAL has protections to keep IRO's via the CBA where they might not be required on some of the "shorter" oceanic flights with these new rest rules. Other than that, at first glance it looks like a wash to me. We'll see what the MEC's have to say after they crunch the numbers.
