Both the Mesaba agreement and the Pinnacle TA sections have some great, good, bad, etc. The goal at the end is that we all have a contract that is ratifiable and all sides would be happy to work under. Obviously there are many factors that make up that definition, and also VERY few who have read the entire MSA contract and PCL TA+ Sections. Many don't really know what the good, bad, and ugly of each contract contains. It's not just money, it's not just language. Each pilot has different "important" parts of a 31 section and hundreds of pages long contract. This group will be almost 3,000 pilots- don't get bogged down by what a handful from each group may say. Get sourced info, it's coming out almost daily at this point.
