Now wait a minute. I don't own a Subway restaurant or anything, but....
-I typically take at Subway a 6 inch turkey on wheat bread with no cheese. This sandwich has 280 calories, about 3.5 grams of fat, and very little cholesterol. I usually have them put "the works" on it with no dressing. I suspect that eating a head of lettuce might be a little more healthy.
I'd like you to recommend to me a quick and easy lunch that you find healthier than this. And do it for less than $4-
