ACL, I don't want to come off as condensending. After just over 20 years in ALPA at several different airlines, nothing has changed. It has only become worse. We really need to ask ourselves is what we want and need from our union and whether ALPA can accomplish that or perhaps another organization.

Waiting another twenty years is not an option for any of us here reading this thread.
